Returns & Exchanges
Goods can be exchanged once only, it must be returned in its original individual packaging and resalable condition which means it has not been damaged, soiled, washed altered or worn and with intact label or tag within 7 days of your receipt of goods.

1. Customer should check the product condition immediately once received the goods.
If any problem finds on the product, the customer shall take photo of the questioned area, product hangtags and clear defect description and report to email@example.com by email within 7 days after receipt of goods.
3. You would also need to attach a copy of your order invoice together with your return packages. And remember to retain proof of postage / drop-off,so if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you've mailed the parcel.
