Returns & Exchanges
Goods sold are not refundable.
Goods can be exchanged once only, it must be returned in its original individual packaging and resalable condition which means it has not been damaged, soiled, washed altered or worn and with intact label or tag within 7 days of your receipt of goods.

Please keep in mind the following as well before you return an item:
1. Customer should check the product condition immediately once received the goods.
If any problem finds on the product, the customer shall take photo of the questioned area, product hangtags and clear defect description and report to info@honeyberrie.com by email within 7 days after receipt of goods.
2. All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact and in its original packaging.
3. You would also need to attach a copy of your order invoice together with your return packages. And remember to retain proof of postage / drop-off,so if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you've mailed the parcel.
